This Privacy Policy explains how Boreguxis Research & Publishing Co. ("Boreguxis", "we", "us") collects and processes the personal data of readers of boreguxis.com. We operate from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by SDAIA.
1. Who we are
Boreguxis Research & Publishing Co. is an educational publisher registered in Riyadh (Commercial Registration № 1010924763). Our registered office is King Fahd Road, Al Olaya District, Riyadh 12213, KSA. You can reach our data protection team at privacy@boreguxis.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver our newsletter and improve our articles: your first and last name, your email address, the language you read us in (English or Arabic), and basic anonymised analytics (pages viewed, device type, approximate region — never precise GPS).
3. Why we collect it
Your name and email are used solely to deliver the Boreguxis newsletter and our 2026 Innovation Report. Anonymised analytics help us understand which topics KSA readers actually find useful. We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or trading platforms.
4. Legal basis
Under the PDPL we rely on your explicit consent, given when you submit the newsletter form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, and your record will be deleted within 30 days.
5. Where your data is stored
Subscriber data is stored on servers located inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operated by a SAMA-approved hosting partner. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with SDAIA. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@boreguxis.com — we respond within 15 business days.
7. Retention
We keep subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we delete your record within 30 days. Anonymised analytics are kept for a maximum of 24 months.
8. Children
Boreguxis is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, please contact privacy@boreguxis.com and we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page and by email to subscribers.
